Linked commentaries should follow Bible text

Logos does not allow a given piece of bible text to remain visible whilst easily accessing linked commentaries. A user should be able to click on a bible verse and have linked commentaries display whatever relates to that verse. This would operate in exactly the same way as Cited by, linked Lexicons and the Info panel e.g. click a word or verse and they adjust automatically. see more here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/195814.aspx?PageIndex=2
