Ability to Pin Resources in "New Tab" Section

I have included a screenshot to highlight the "New Tab" section I am referring to. Currently, the selection is chosen automatically based on usage, but I am requesting a feature that enables you to pin items in this section to the top and organize those items via drag and drop. In my view, this would make the "New Tab" section more helpful.
